Levi Nelson
Levi Nelson ( born April 28, 1988 in Calgary, Alberta ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since the summer of 2013 at Ritten Sport in the Italian Elite.A under contract.

Career
Nelson played between 2004 and 2008 for the Swift Current Broncos in the Canadian junior Western Hockey League. On 18 February 2004 the Center made its debut in the match against the Prince Albert Raiders in the WHL and achieved one day later against the Lethbridge Hurricanes scored his first goal. After completing his second season with the Broncos Nelson was elected to the internal team Rookie of the Year after he had finished the regular season with a record of 38 points scorer in 63 games. In the season 2006/ 07, the attackers were definitively established in the squad of the Swift Current Broncos under head coach Dean Chynoweth and finished his third season in the Western Hockey League for the first time as the best scorer of the team. Still in the same season Nelson was also the first time for the Providence Bruins in the American Hockey League to the ice after he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2006 by the Boston Bruins in the sixth round at 158th place. In April 2008, Nelson signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Boston Bruins.
Before the start of season 2008/ 09 he made the final jump in the squad of the farm team, the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League. In the season 2009/10 he came through injury only 44 missions, but reached 13 points his best to date points total in the AHL. In December 2010, the Center of the Boston Bruins in exchange for Juraj Simek was transferred to the Tampa Bay Lightning. The 2010/11 season ended Nelson at the Norfolk Admirals, who were in a collaboration with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
In July 2011, Nelson was transferred for a season in the second hockey league for ESV Kaufbeuren.
After a brief stint in the ECHL, he moved in January 2013 to the Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg, where he should have a distinct advantage for the last season - quarter in the fight for the pre- playoff spots. In his first DEL play on 1 February 2012 against the Straubing Tigers he could mark his first goal. As a result, Nelson, however, failure to provide the required standard of performance, so his contract was not renewed at the end of the season. In the summer of 2013 he changed to the Italian Elite.A, where he signed with Ritten Sport.
Internationally
Nelson represented his country at the U18 World Youth Championship in 2006. In seven games, he remained no points and received twelve penalty minutes. The Canadian team finished at the end of the tournament in fourth place.
