Levy Matebo Omari

Levy Matebo Omari (born 3 November 1989) is a Kenyan long- distance runner who specializes in the marathon distance.

2008 Omari took the junior race of the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Edinburgh in tenth place. In 2010 he won the Brussels Marathon and was a few weeks later sixth at La Rochelle Marathon. The following year he won the Nice Half Marathon in a personal best of 1:00:06 hours and was second in the 25 km from Berlin. With his victory at the Barcelona Marathon in the same year he missed the course record of his compatriot Jackson Kipkoech Kotut with a time of 2:07:31 hours only by one second.
