Limeuil

Limeuil is a commune with 331 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the Dordogne in the Aquitaine region. It belongs to the canton of Sainte- alvere and the Local Government Association, Le Terroir de la Truffe. The municipality is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Geography

Limeuil located in the Pays du Grand Bergeracois, a part of the Périgord, at the mouth of the Vézère in the Dordogne at an average altitude of 123 meters above sea level 33 km east of Bergerac, the seat of the Prefecture for the district of the same name. History
