Lise Thibault

Lise Thibault ( born April 2, 1939 in Saint -Roch -de- l'Achigan, Quebec ) is a Canadian journalist and civil servant. After her career in broadcasting and public services they held office from 1997 to 2007 as Vice- Governor of the Province of Quebec.

Biography
