This list shows the flags of provinces and counties of Ireland.
The island of Ireland (Republic of Ireland Northern Ireland ) consists of four provinces ( Connacht, Leinster, Munster, Ulster ), which in turn into counties ( counties ) to split up.
The provinces have grown historically and play no more significance for management.
