Lorenzo Prisco

Lorenzo Prisco (born 16 February 1987 in Nocera Inferiore ) is an Italian football goalkeeper who stands since the summer of 2008 in Pescara Calcio in Serie B under contract and currently on loan at Football Brindisi 1912 plays.

Career

Lorenzo Prisco began his career in 2004 at the former Serie B club Salernitana Calcio. He made his debut on 11 June 2005 in the away game at FC Crotone for Salernitana. In the 4-1 defeat he received four goals and rose with the club at the season end from the third class in Serie C1. In the season 2005/ 06 he completed three league games for the Campanian team and was able to play all games without goals. In the following season, he fumbled with increased inserts on a regular place approach, missed 10 out of Serie C1 's re-emergence in the second highest league, however, clearly and in January 2008 for the Premier League rivals SS Juve Stabia awarded.

Prisco graduated from the first goalkeeper eleven games and finished with the SS Juve Stabia 's fourth ranked last in the league, which he still had two play-out matches to avoid relegation survive successfully with the team. In two games this was the SS Virtus Lanciano almost defeated and the league can be ensured. After Salernitana Calcio no longer planned with the goalkeeper, he left the club and signed a contract with the third division Pescara Calcio.

In the 2008 /09 season, he ran in 16 appearances for Pescara, but not succeeded a mixed season on the Abruzzo team to stabilize and then only resulted in a modest 12th place in the Lega Pro Prima Divisione.

Since the signing of goalkeeper Salvatore Pinna in summer 2009 Prisco acts behind Gabriele Bartoletti as a substitute goalkeeper.

End of the season 2009/10 with him Pescara reached the summit in the second highest league. In the play-off finals, the team won against Hellas Verona. In August 2010, he was given on loan to the fourth division Football Brindisi 1912.
