The Lotus T127 is a Formula 1 race car and the police car from Lotus Racing in the Formula 1 2010 season.

The Lotus T127 is the first Formula 1 car of that name since the withdrawal of Team Lotus in 1994. The vehicle was designed by Mike Gascoyne and has the Cosworth CA2010 -2 ,4- liter V8 engine drive in the rear. The first test drive denied on February 17, 2010 Lotus test driver Fairuz Fauzy. In the race of the T127 of Jarno Trulli and Heikki Kovalainen was piloted.

In the first two races in Bahrain and Australia, the two Lotus drivers both in training and in the race almost six seconds a lap behind the leaders had. Both drivers were able to pick up any points with the car until the end of the season. The best positioning for Kovalainen was a 12th place in the Grand Prix of Japan. Trulli scored in this Grand Prix with a 13th place also his best result of the season.

On September 1, Nabil Jeffri led to the Imperial War Museum Duxford runway by an aerodynamics test. With 16 years and 312 days, he is the hitherto youngest test driver in Formula 1 history.
