Luka Bogdanović

Luka Bogdanovic ( Serbian Cyrillic Лука Богдановић; born February 11, 1985 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian professional basketball player. Having already played alongside his homeland in France and Spain, the national team was active for the EWE Baskets Oldenburg from in the season 2010/ 11 in the German Basketball Bundesliga. In the 2011/12 season Bogdanovic returned to the Spanish ACB League and signed with Cajasol Seville.

Bogdanovic played for several clubs in his hometown. In addition to a title win in the Serbian Cup competition in 2004 with Red Star, he succeeded in series champions KK Partizan three league titles as well as winning the supranational Adriatic League 2007. He then moved abroad and initially played one season for MSB Le Mans in the French LNB Pro A. he then moved in 2008 to the former ULEB Eurocup winner Joventut Badalona from the Catalan. In 2010, he initially returned to France and was committed by Chorale Roanne Basket in who were injured reinforcement. After seven national championship games Bogdanovic left in November 2010, again the club and then signed in December 2010 for the rest of the season with the EWE Baskets Oldenburg in the German BBL. After leaving in the first play-off round of the German Championship against Alba Berlin Bogdanovic returned for the 2011/12 season back in the Spanish ACB League and signed a contract in Seville.

From 2004 to 2009 Bogdanovic for KK Partizan and Joventut MSB was active in every season in the ULEB Euro League, up to the advance in the TOP16 group stage in 2007, he retired with his teams each in the first round. After that he played for his club in the ULEB Eurocup each. In 2010 he failed in the Eurocup with Joventut in the second group stage once again fell on the German representatives Alba Berlin, as a previous season in the first round of the Euro League. As a national player Bogdanovic has not yet been taken into account for a final squad, as a junior, he became ( All- Tournament team ) of the U20 European Championship in 2005 named one of the top five players in Russia.
