The Maccabi Petah Tikva FC (Hebrew מכבי פתח תקווה ) is an Israeli football club based in Petach Tikva. He plays in the second division of Israel, the League Leumit. The club colors are blue and white.

The club was founded in 1912 by Jewish students, who studied in the former capital of the Ottoman Empire Constantine Opel, so that the club is the second oldest Jewish football club after Maccabi Tel Aviv.
