Manuela Levorato
Manuela Levorato ( born March 16, 1977 in Dolo, Veneto) is an Italian sprinter.
In total, she won 13 national titles: outdoor 1999, 2001 and 2002, over 100 m and 2001 about 200 m; in the hall 1998-2000 and 2002-2004 about 60 m and about 200 m from 2002 to 2004.
At the World Athletics Championships 1997 in Athens, she retired about 100 m from the inlet port. At the World Cup in 1999 in Seville, it reached about 200 m, at the 2001 World Championships in Edmonton in the 100 and 200 m the semi-finals. In 2001 she won the silver medal over 100 m at the Mediterranean Games.
Her biggest success came at the European Athletics Championships in Munich in 2002, where she won both the 100m as well as about 200 m bronze.
Then made their injury problems create that prevented participation in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005 she came over 100m quarter-finals. After a maternity leave, she started at the European Championships 2010 more than 100 m, but different in the run- off.
Manuela Levorato is 1,80 m tall and weighs 66 kg. It belongs to the Italian Air Force and is trained by Mario Del Giudice. In 2008, she brought a daughter into the world.
