Marlborough (Queensland)

Marlborough is an Australian small town in the Rockhampton area ( LGA) in Queensland. It lies about 100 kilometers north of Rockhampton and 740 kilometers north of Brisbane, right on the Bruce Highway, a section of the National Highway 1

The city was founded in 1856 as a service station and Pub, 1917, she was moved due to the expansion of rail transport. The main attraction of the city is built by Martin Hennessy with its own resources " Marlborough Historical Museum ".
