Maskinongé Regional County Municipality
Maskinongé is a regional county municipality (French municipalité régional du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Quebec.
It is situated in the Mauricie administrative region, and consists of 17 subordinate administrative units (a city, nine towns and seven Sprengel ). The MRC was established on 1 January 1982. The main town is Louiseville. The population is 36,549 and the area of 2380.1 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 15.4 inhabitants per km ².
