Maxine Seear

Maxine Seear ( born December 18, 1984 in Johannesburg, South Africa) is an Australian triathlete.

Career

Maxine Seear was active in her youth as a swimmer and she joined in 2001 by her brother James, who was active even in this sport, the triathlon. In 2002 she was in Mexico at the Fifth World Triathlon Championship in the Junior Women. It was 2003 Triathlon Junior World runner-up in December and won the 2004 launch of the ITU World Cup in Ishigaki Japan in the Olympic distance (1.5 km swim, 40 km cycling and 10 km running). In the same year she qualified for a place at the Olympic Games in Athens, but the race did not finish there.

2009 Maxine Seear Vice World Champion in Aquathlon.

It starts in 2006 for the team TBB and today for the ASICS team Witten.
