McKenzie Westmore
McKenzie Kate Westmore ( born April 26, 1977 in Van Nuys, California) is an American child actress, film and theater actress.
Life
McKenzie was the youngest daughter of makeup artist Michael Westmore and his wife Marion (other sources: Miriam ) in Van Nuys, California born. Her uncle is Monty Westmore. She was discovered by Hollywood star Robert De Niro, as the beginning of 1980 in preparation for work on Martin Scorsese's Raging Bull was visiting the house of the West Mores. The two hit it off so well that McKenzie, the film De Niro's daughter was a wild bull at the age of three years in As.
Later she was trained, among others, at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and in the run by Uta Hagen acting class. Since Westmore was also musically gifted, she was also in various musicals and operas, including Dido and Aeneas and The Sound of Music on stage. She herself is also trained opera singer. To this day, she was in several television series and movies before the movie camera. Between 1999 and 2008 she stood for the soap opera Passions front of the camera. During the filming, she met the musician Keith Volpone met, whom she married in Las Vegas on May 25, 2002. Westmoreland lost her first child in 2004 nor during pregnancy, 2006, she brought son Maddox was born.
Westmoreland was twice nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award, and two more times for the Soap Opera Digest Award. A Soap Opera Digest Award she received in 2005 for her performance in "Passions".
