Meredith Monroe
Meredith Leigh Monroe ( born December 30, 1969 in Houston, Texas ) is an American actress.
Life
Meredith Monroe was born in December 1969 in Houston, Texas and grew up in Hinsdale, Illinois. She began her acting career after high school in commercials, including for L' Oréal and Mentos. Her first role was in 1997 in the film Norville and Trudy. This was followed by a guest role in Dangerous Minds, which she moved to draw from New York to Los Angeles. Then she got several guest roles in several series, including 1998 in Sunset Beach, The Magnificent Seven, Players and 2008 in Californication.
Her breakthrough came but only with the role of Andie McPhee in Dawson 's Creek. Meredith was later seen in a number of films, so 2000 and 2002 in the CBS film series Beyond the Prairie. Other projects included the 2002 and 2003 films New Best Friend, Minority Report and Manhood.
After her exit at Dawson 's Creek in 2000, she starred in several series, as in Criminal Minds, with Private Practice and The Mentalist.
Since 1999 she is married to Steven Kavovit.
