Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference

The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference ( MAAC ) is a string of eleven universities League for various sports that play in the NCAA Division I.

The league was founded in 1980. The members are located in the Northeastern United States. The headquarters is located in Edison, New Jersey.

From 1997 to 2003, the MAAC also included a Hockey Championship. Finally, the Hockey League split from the MAAC and called new Atlantic Hockey.
