Microsoft SharePoint Workspace

Microsoft Groove is a collaboration application that was originally developed by the U.S. company, Groove Networks. In 2002 the company was awarded for Groove with the World Technology Award in the software category. Groove Networks was acquired in March 2005 by Microsoft for 120 million U.S. dollars and the software later integrated into Microsoft Office.

  • Relay over Groove Networks server is necessary (not just P2P)
  • Only available for Microsoft Windows
