Minuscule 75

Minuscule 75 ( in the Gregory- Aland numbering ), ε 176 ( von Soden ), is a Greek Minuskelhandschrift of the New Testament on 484 parchment leaves ( 21.6 × 16 cm). Using palaeography was dated the manuscript to the 12th century. The manuscript is complete.

Description

The manuscript contains the text of the four Gospels. He has written one column with 19 rows. The manuscript contains the Epistula ad Carpianum that Eusebischen tables, Prolegomena, lists of κεφαλαια, κεφαλαια, τιτλοι, Ammonianische sections (Matthew 359, Mark 236, Luke 342, John 232), the Eusebischen canon, lectionary markings and images. Two sheets of paper were added in the 16th century at the end of the code.

The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type. Kurt Aland placed it in Category V. It belonged to the family of texts Kx. Lyrically, he is close to Minuscule 6

History

1714 manuscript of the library in Geneva has been paid. She was examined by Johann Jakob Wettstein. The manuscript was collated by Johann Martin Augustin Scholz and 1883 by Caspar René Gregory.

The Code is currently in the Bibliotheque Publique et Universitaire ( Gr. 19) in Geneva.
