Mladeč

Mladeč ( German Lautsch ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located four kilometers west of Litovel and belongs to Okres Olomouc.

Geography

Mladeč located at the eastern foot of the hill Třesín ( Trzezin, 345 m) in the northwest of Hanna. Through the village flows the streams Mlýnský creek and Hradecka. In the north leads the expressway R 35 / E 442 over, there is also the exit 223 Mladeč.

Neighboring towns are Nové Zámky in the north, Nový Dvůr in the northeast, Víska and Litovel the east, Sobáčov and Chudobín the southeast, Nová Ves in the south, Měrotín and Hradečná the southwest, Paterin and Bila Lhota in the west and Měník, Rimice and Nové Mlýny in the northwest.

History

In the situated near the village of Boček ( German According shear ) paleolithic cave tools were combined with the skeletons and skulls of Cro -Magnon found in the Aurignacian. With 14C dates to 31,000 BP they are among the few people backed remnants of the Aurignacian.

Other archaeological finds from the area around Mladeč date from the Neolithic period.

Mladeč was first documented in 1350 as the property of Margaret of Mladeč. 1371 the village was connected to the rule Aussee. Since 1407 in Mladeč a mill detectable. 1487 acquired the Lords of Wlaschim the rule, followed her from 1533 Boskovice and from 1597 the Liechtenstein family. In 1826 the volume shear cave was discovered during quarry works for road construction.

After the abolition of patrimonial Mladeč / Lautsch formed with the hamlets of Nový Zámek / Neuschloß and Nový Dvůr / Neuhof in 1850, a municipality in the district Litovel. 1877 a village school was built in Mladeč. In 1914 the local train Littau large Senitz took the backroad Litovel - Mladeč which followed the sound shear limestone quarries on the railway network. 1918, the huts were inaugurated at the shear volume cavity. The cave was protected as a nature reserve in 1933. After the dissolution of Okres Litovel the community came in 1961 Okres Olomouc, at the same time Sobáčov and Měrotín were incorporated. In Nové Zámky lock a social welfare institution was established in 1964. 1990 Měrotín broke away and formed a separate municipality again.

  • Karst hills Třesín with the cave Mladečské jeskyně ( According shear cavity), the ruins of the temple built in 1730 Rytířská síň ( Knights' Hall ) and the rock Čertův most ( Devil's Bridge ).
  • Castle Nové Zámky with Park, according to plans by Antonio Beduzzi erected in 1690 in place of a hunting lodge from the second half of the 16th century and remodeled in the years 1730-1733 from building burned in 1805. Between 1813 and 1820 the castle was rebuilt by Joseph Hardtmuth in the classical style. It then served as the summer residence of the Liechtenstein and from the end of the 19th century until 1945 as the administrative headquarters of Ausseer goods. After the expropriation of the end of the Second World War, the castle is availed as a social welfare institution since 1964.
