Mobile network operator
A mobile phone company is - as mobile operators ( Mobile Network Operator, abbrev: MNO) - a company that offers public mobile communications services to residential and business customers. For this purpose, applied for or acquired ( eg, by means of an auction ) this phone company before government agencies a broadcasting license.
