Modern Times is the fourth studio album by the German rock band Unheilig. The original album contains 14 Limited Edition 16 songs, all of which were from the singer of the band, the Count, written, orchestrated and produced. The first release of the album took place on January 20, 2006 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland is the album to purchase only since the re-release in 2009. The cover of the CD shows a clock in the middle, and on the right side is the face of the Count to see. The album was released under the label FANSATION.

Shortly after the album's release, Unholy went in February of the year at the Golden Times Tour 2006. This also appeared at the end of a live CD that was called Golden Times.
