Montes Claros de GoiÃ¡s

Montes Claros de Goiás is a Brazilian municipality and a district in the state of Goiás in the mesoregion Northwest Goiás and in the micro-region Aragarcas. It is located west of the Brazilian capital Brasília and west-northwest of the capital, Goiânia.

Other districts in the municipality are Aparecida do Rio Claro, Registro do Araguaia and Lucilândia.
