Montevideo (horse)

Montevideo was a Holsteiner horse that is started by Uwe Sauer 1983-1992 for the Federal Republic of Germany in international dressage competitions.

Montevideo and Sauer 1983 took part in the European Championship and won individual bronze. With the team they won in 1983 and 1985, the gold medal. They took part in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, where she won a gold medal with the team and documented in the individual ranking 6th place. 1984 and 1985 they were at the German championships in dressage behind Reiner Klimke each silver medalist.
