Morten Jensen ( born September 20, 1987 in Husum ) is a German football goalkeeper.

Life

Morten Jensen began his career at Rödemisser SV. He also played for the Husum SV and the DGF Flensborg, before he moved to Bundesliga side Hannover 96 in 2003. In the season 2005/ 06 Jensen took over Hannover 96, the position of the third goalkeeper after his predecessor Daniel Haas was loaned for one season to the regional league team TSG 1899 Hoffenheim to play matches. On the final day of the season 2005/06, Jensen made ​​his debut in the Bundesliga since goalkeeper Robert Enke and goalkeeper Frank Juric failed due to an injury. His first Bundesliga game ended in a 2-2 draw against Bayer 04 Leverkusen. His second Bundesliga match ended in the 2008 /09 drew 1-1 with Arminia Bielefeld. These were his only previous Bundesliga appearances. At the end of the season 2009/10, Jensen ran out of contract at 96.

For the season 2010/11 he moved to Southern regional league KSV Hessen Kassel. He signed a one-year contract that would have extended at rise for another year. However, since the northern Hesse missed the rise, the contract expired in June 2011. Jensen joined the then Northern Regional division Holstein Kiel, where he signed a two-year contract and the season opener on August 7, 2011 in the match against FC Halle made ​​his debut.
