Nico Zimmermann

Nico Zimmermann ( born September 2, 1985 in Zweibrücken) is a German football player. It is used primarily in the left or in central midfield.

Career

Zimmermann played in his youth at the 1 FC Kaiserslautern and later at the 1 FC Saarbrücken. There, he made the leap in 2004 initially in the squad and the second team in the summer of 2005 the leap to the first team squad. His debut in the second division he gave on matchday 34 of the 2005/06 season in a 2-0 win against Eintracht Braunschweig Saarbrücken. However, it remained with only one use. As a regular player of the second team he came up with 70 inserts and scored eleven goals. In January 2007, Carpenter moved for two and a half years for SV Elversberg before the summer of 2009 he returned to 1.FC Saarbrücken, now as an indispensable starting players.

From the 2011/12 season Zimmermann stood at Eintracht Braunschweig under contract. In his first use, 17 July 2011 at home against TSV 1860 Munich, Zimmermann was in the starting and scoring in the 35th minute, the intermediate 2:1 for Lower Saxony. However, he could not prevail, and came to missions from the bench.

For the 2012/13 season Zimmermann has been committed by the second division Movers VfR Aalen. However, in the following first round he came only two brief appearances, so he was loaned out in January 2013 to obtain match practice until the end of the season third division side Hansa Rostock. After his return in summer 2013, Zimmermann but could not prevail in Aalen again and came on to the first five games of the new season only three times. Shortly before the end of the transfer period therefore moved Zimmermann on August 27, 2013 to the third division side SV Elversberg, in which he already played from 2007 to 2009.
