Mundo Novo, Goiás

Mundo Novo is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Goiás in the mesoregion Northwest Goiás and in the micro- region of São Miguel do Araguaia. It is located northwest of the Brazilian capital Brasília and Goiânia capital.

The territory is bordered by Mundo Novo

• To the north by the municipalities of São Miguel do Araguaia and Bonópolis
• To the east by Amara Lina
• To the south by Uirapuru
• On the west by Nova Crixás
