Nathaniel Parker
Nathaniel Parker ( born May 18, 1962 in London ) is a British actor.
The parents of Nathaniel Parker is the former CEO of British Rail, Peter Parker and Dr. Jill Parker. The age of nine he decided to become an actor. He earned a degree at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and became a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Parker was among other things the " Bassanio " in The Merchant of Venice, whose production was directed by Sir Peter Hall, alongside Dustin Hoffman. He played the role of " Laertes " and " Cassio " in Oliver Parker's version of Othello in Franco Zeffirelli 's Hamlet. Among other things, he was known as " Clive Healy " in the movie The Bodyguard with Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner and "Master Edward Gracey " seen in the comedy The Haunted Mansion with Eddie Murphy.
Nathaniel Parker is married since 1992 with Anna Patrick, who is also an actress, and the couple have two daughters. He has a sister and two brothers - including the actor and director Oliver Parker.
Since 2002, Parker is also known to a wider television audience in the role of Inspector Thomas Lynley in the film adaptations of the mystery series by Elizabeth George. Meanwhile, the series consists of 23 films. In 2011, he starred as Agravaine in the BBC series Merlin The new adventure.
