Chinedum " Nedum " Onuoha ( born November 12, 1986 in Warri, Nigeria ) is a native of Nigeria, English football player. Since 2012 he is at the Queens Park Rangers under contract.

Club career

Onuoha came in 2003 to Manchester City, where he played one season in the youth team. Since the season 2004/ 05 he belongs to the first team. On November 1, he gave the game against Norwich City his debut in the Premier League. Overall, he played in his first professional season 18 games for Manchester City. 16 March 2008 in a 2-1 win against Tottenham Hotspur, he scored his first goal in the Premier League.

In July 2009, Onuoha signed a new contract with Manchester City with a term of 5 years. He stands up to the end of the 2013/14 season in Manchester under contract.

In August 2010, Onuoha was loaned to Sunderland AFC. The loan is one year.

On January 26, 2012 Manchester City announced that Onuona 'll switch to Queens Park Rangers. Onuoha signed a four and a half -year contract until 30 June 2016.

National

Onuoha belongs since 2005 to the team of the English U -21 national team. In 2007 he was part of the team at the U -21 European Championship in the Netherlands.

In March 2007, Onuoha received a request from the Nigerian Football Association, who wanted to win it for the Nigerian national team. Onuoha however, rejected this offer.
