Neewiller-près-Lauterbourg

Neewiller -près- Lauterbourg ( German Nehweiler, in the local dialect Nawiller ) is a municipality with 644 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Bas- Rhin in Alsace region of France. It is represented with two delegates in the Communauté de communes de la Lauter. The village, which is surrounded by an agricultural zone with agriculture lies to the southwest of Lauterbourg. Other neighboring municipalities are Scheibenhard in the north, Mothern in the southeast, in the southwest Wintzenbach Niederlauterbach in the northwest.
