Nemochovice

Nemochovice ( German Nemochowitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located ten kilometers south-west of Morkovice - Slížany and belongs to Okres Vyškov.

Geography

Nemochovice is located in the south of Litenčické Hills in a traversed by Bach Nemochovický creek valley. To the north of the Hradisko (518 m) and Lichov rise ( 381 m ), in the southwest of the Chroustová (345 m ) south of the Galášky (311 m) and Habřina (295 m), in the west the Jezírka ( 388 m) and northwest of the Stara Mountain.

Neighboring towns are Kozojedsko in the north, and Nítkovice Litenčice in the northeast, Kunkovice in the east, and Kožušice Malínky the southeast, Brankovice in the south, Dobročkovice, Milonice and Uhřice the southwest, Komorov in the west and Chvalkovice and Zdravá Voda in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of the village was in 1353, when Vít Vítovice sold by the yard including the mill to William by Mr. Stone. Among the numerous other owners included, inter alia, the Knights of Zástřizl. In the mid-16th century, the village came to power Mořice. 1633 acquired the Prince of Liechtenstein, the Allodgut Nemochovice and joined it to the reign Bučovice. The oldest town seal dates from 1631 and bears the inscription Pecet Dedini Nemochowicz. The basic accounts are held since 1820. In 1834 the village consisted of 86 houses and 532 inhabitants had. After the abolition of patrimonial Nemochovice formed in 1850 a municipality in the district team Wischau. 1877 was Wenzel of Liechtenstein extending the chapel to the church. 1885 the new school house was inaugurated. In the course of the land reform of the previously associated Johann II of Liechtenstein farm was parceled out in 1922. During the German occupation, the guerrilla army Olga was in the Pospisil family house belonging of Na Špitálkách (No. 160 ) was founded. Between 1949 and 1959 the village belonged to Okres Bučovice and returned to its repeal in 1960 Okres Vyškov. 1976 requested the Chairman of the local National Committee ( MNV ), Josef Šebela, the District National Committee the place name Partyzánská obec. About 100 inhabitants themselves had participated in the previous discussion. Due to low number of students in 1977 teaching in Nemochovice was adjusted. In the following years a Orientierunstafel was set up with the name Partyzánská obec in Nemochovice. A name change never took place, however. 1985 Nemochovice was connected with Chvalkovice to Brankovice. 1990 Nemochovice broke off again and formed its own community. Since 2000 Nemochovice leads a coat of arms and banners showing the lily of the Knights of Zástřizl, the eagle wings of Liechtenstein as well as the attribute of the local saint. The village has preserved its rural character to this day. In Nemochovice a horse breeding is operated.
