Nico Pellatz

Nico - Stephano Pellatz ( born July 8, 1986 in Berlin ) is a German football goalkeeper.

Career

Nico - Stephano Pellatz began his football career at SV Blau Weiss Berlin. At first, he played in midfield before testing him by his former youth coach in goal and his talent recognized. About Tasmania Gropius City, he moved in 2002 to Hertha BSC, where he the DFB Junior Cup and a year later in the Junior Bundesliga North / Northeast took in 2004 with the U-19 the title. In the season 2006/2007 he was promoted to the third goalkeeper in professional cadres of Hertha.

In summer 2007, he moved to Werder Bremen free transfer and signed a contract until 2009., Where he was third goalkeeper of the pro teams and both main goalkeeper of the second team. In the third league he was 26 July 2008 his professional debut against SpVgg Unterhaching. His competitive debut for the first team of Werder Bremen, he was on 4 March 2009 in a 5-2 victory in the DFB-Pokal match against VfL Wolfsburg. After goalkeeper Tim Wiese and Ersatzkepper Christian Vander failed injured Pellatz moved into the starting lineup of the Green-Whites.

In the summer of 2009 saw Pellatz after his contract was not extended to Cyprus Apollon Limassol. There, however, he only played one season. After a short Vereinslosigkeit Pellatz signed in September 2010 a contract with ADO Den Haag. In January 2011 he was loaned to Excelsior Rotterdam, where he played until the end of season. In summer 2011, he signed a contract with Sparta Rotterdam, he prematurely end of November 2011 extended to 30 June 2015.

For the 2013/14 season Pellatz moved free transfer to Dynamo Dresden. There, he could not prevail as hoped and came before the winter break at any wagering requirement for the first team. In January 2014, the players and the club agreed to terminate the contract, whereupon Pellatz moved to FC Viktoria Köln.
