Nordhausen–Erfurt railway

The railway line Wolkramshausen -Erfurt is a single-track main line in Thuringia, which was originally built and operated by the Nordhausen - Erfurt railway company. It branches into Wolkramshausen from the railway hall - Hann. Munden and performs on special Hausen and Straußfurt to Erfurt.

History

The construction of the Nordhausen - Erfurt railway ( NEE ) was controlled between Prussia and the Principality of Schwarzburg- Sondershausen in a contract of 21 December 1866. Planning
