Norwegian Handball Federation

Norges Håndballforbund (short NHF ) is the national sport governing body for the sport of handball in Norway. The association founded in 1937, has its headquarters at the Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo. He is the umbrella organization for 714 teams (as of 31 December 2011), spread across seven regions. About two -thirds of its over 107,000 members are female, because Handball established in Norway from the beginning as a woman sport.

History
