Nowa Różanka, Gmina Kętrzyn
Nowa Różanka ( German Neu Rosenthal ) is a village in Poland, in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The village is part of the powiat Kętrzyński in the community Ketrzyn ( Rastenburg ). The village forms a mayor's office ( sołectwo ) to which no other places are.

Geography
Geographical location
Nowa Różanka is located in north-eastern Poland, about five kilometers north of Kętrzyn and 20 kilometers south of the border with Russia's Kaliningrad Oblast.
History
Today Nowa Różanka was built on an area of 54 Wloka in the 14th century after Kulm law. 1817 42 houses were counted in the village. In January 1945, the Red Army occupied the area and as a result of the war, the area became part of Poland. Still 1945, one of the first school of the area was reopened. 1948 a library was established. In 1970 there was a movie theater with 100 seats in the village. 1973 belonged to the mayor's office ( sołectwo ) Nowa Różanka the south nearby places Strzyże.

Gmina / Gromada
Immediately after the war, the village was in 1945 the seat of a municipality ( gmina ). 1946 includes the municipality covers an area of 8,943 hectares with 30 villages. In 1954, the administrative structure has been changed and the village was the seat of a Gromada 1960 which covers an area of 55.46 km ² possessed on which 1,574 people lived. On July 1, 1968, the Gromada was dissolved.

Nowa Różanka located on a secondary road at two km south of Stara Różanka in the Province Road 591 ( droga wojewódzka 591 ) opens.
The village does not have its own rail connection. The nearest railway station is in Kętrzyn. From there, the PKP offers direct connections to Olsztyn and Poznan.
The geographically nearest international airport is Kaliningrad, which is about 100 kilometers northwest, located on Russian territory. The nearest international airport on Polish territory is about 200 kilometers west location Lech Walesa Airport, Gdansk.
