Action
Professor Sherman Klump is working on a fountain of youth designated as agent to secure the eternal youth. He wants to marry his colleague Denise Gaines. During the celebration, known from the previous film Buddy Love appears again. Then Klump studied in his laboratory the DNA of Love.
Love steals the professor the formula of youth in order to sell them. To the rest of the substance he mixes with other chemicals. As Klump wants to demonstrate the effect of the agent to the Dean Richmond, the experimental animal is growing rapidly and attack Richmond. Then Klump is released from Richmond.
Love is destroyed by Sherman Klump, by being transformed into a shapeless mass. The mass falls into a well. The present Gaines gets the idea that clumping can drink the water with Loves DNA from the well; by his brain injury is healed. At the end of marriage Klump and Gaines.

Bob Graham described the film in the San Francisco Chronicle of 28 July 2000 as " often hilarious ". The "loose " Eddie Murphy, to which the audience was waiting for was returned. Larry Miller is so good, that he has some scenes " steal " Murphy.
