Obdulio Trasante

Obdulio Eduardo Trasante Molina ( born April 20, 1960 in Juan Lacaze, Uruguay ) is a former Uruguayan football player.

Playing career

Club career

The defender played his move Peñarol de Juan Lacaze, first from 1980 to 1984 by Central Español, where he División in 1983 Master of the Segunda and was in the following year, Uruguayan champion. From 1985 to 1987 he was at Peñarol under contract. There he won the 1985 and 1986 two more Uruguayan league titles and the 1987 Copa Libertadores. He also played in 1988 in Brazil with Gremio and in the following year the Colombian club Deportivo Cali before he again first to Peñarol and finally to 1992, returned to Central Español in 1990 in 1990.

National

Trasante was a member of the national team of Uruguay, where he graduated in 1988 five matches of his debut on 19 June 1987 to 14 December. A goal he did not achieve. In 1987, he won as part of the Uruguayan banns the Copa America.

Coaching career

After his career as a player Trasante now works as a coach and held that post among others, Central Español.

  • Trasante worked during his time as a player at Peñarol also aged seven day clock in the morning as gatekeepers of Banco Pan de Azucar in Montevideo.
