Geography

Oberschweinbach located in the Munich region. There are the districts Günzlhofen and Oberschweinbach. Another village is Spielberg.

History

Oberschweinbach belonged to the Barons of Lerch field and was under the sovereignty of the Electorate of Bavaria. Oberschweinbach was a part of the closed Hofmark Spielberg Oberschweinbach. In the course of administrative reform in Bavaria, was born with the congregation of 1818, the current community.
