Outer London

Outer London is the collective term for the outer boroughs of Greater London. There are those districts which are not the old County of London ( London County ) were 1889-1965, but then still to the counties of Essex, Kent, Middlesex, Surrey and ( partially ) Hertfordshire belonged.

Outer London comprises the following municipalities: Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, London Borough of Croydon, London Borough of Ealing, London Borough of Enfield, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton and Waltham Forest.

For statistical purposes, a slightly different division is used: Greenwich also counts too Outer London, Haringey and Newham but not.
