Description

The Code is written in large uncial letters. The Nomina sacra are abbreviated. Due to the number of pages, it is believed that the manuscript was originally a collection of Paul's letters.

The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Alexandrian text-type (or rather a proto- Alexandrian text-type ). Kurt Aland placed it in Category I. According Comfort is a closer match of the manuscript with the Codex Sinaiticus as the Codex Vaticanus (in 11 of 13 variants).

According to Grenfell it is true in four cases with B against א A match, once with BA against א, א twice with A against B and once with א B against A.

It is currently kept in the University of Ghent ( Inv. 61) in Ghent.
