Paul Henreid

Paul Henreid ( born January 10, 1908 in Trieste, Austria - Hungary, now Italy, † March 29, 1992 in Santa Monica, California; actually Paul Georg Julius Freiherr von Hernried ) was an American actor and director of Austrian origin.

Life

Born as Paul Georg Julius Freiherr von Hernried Knights of Wasel - Waldingau Henreid completed his acting training at the Vienna Conservatory and the local Max -Reinhardt-Seminar. His theater debut was in ibid as a student in Goethe's Faust. In his stage career engagements in Vienna, London and New York should follow.
