Geography

Penney Farms is located approximately 10 km west of Green Cove Springs and about 30 km south of Jacksonville.

Demographics

According to the 2010 census, the then 749 inhabitants distributed in 447 households. The population density was 208.1 inh. / Km ². 90.4 % of the population were white, 6.5% African American and 0.9 % Asian Americans. 0.7 % were members of other ethnic groups and 1.5 % of various ethnicities. 1.1% of the population were Hispanic or Latino.
