Per Günther

Per Günther ( born February 5, 1988 in Giessen, Hesse ) is a German professional basketball player.

The 1,84 m tall and 80 kilograms point guard played for the 2008/09 season at the Bundesliga ratiopharm ulm the National Basketball League. Gunther's hit rates - 49.8 % from the field and 80.1 % from the free throw line - impressed the Ulm coach Mike Taylor already at his former club, the Phoenix Hagen, which is why you wanted to sign him. Two years later, by " quick" Günther joined ratiopharm ulm and signed a three-year contract. Currently there he takes on the role of playmaker.

Günther took part in the European basketball championships with the U-16, U-18 and U-20 national team in the years 2004, 2006 and 2008, in part.
