Philip Øgaard

Philip Remi Øgaard ( born April 6, 1948) is a Norwegian cameraman.

Life

After starring in 1982 as a camera assistant at the Norwegian Adventure 50/50, Philip was able to Øgaard 1985 solidaritet with adjo and Deilig he fjords! first time working as a self-responsible cameraman. As in the Scandinavian film industry customary film-makers act in a variety of productions in the Scandinavian countries. So Øgaard led for the first time in 1988 the camera in the Swedish production Sweetwater and 1990 in the Danish drama Smykketyven. Although he remained largely connected to the Norwegian film, however, was awarded abroad for his services behind the camera. So he was in 1999 awarded the Guldbagge, the main Swedish film award for his work on Glasblåsarns barn for Best Cinematography. Followed in 2006 for Kim Novak never bathed in the lake of Galilee another nomination.

2010, the Norwegian comedy appeared a man of the world by director Hans Petter Moland. Since 1995 Øgaard worked repeatedly with Moland and resulted in films like Kjærlighetens kjøtere, Aberdeen and Comrade Pedersen camera.
