Poczołków

Poscholkau (Polish: Poczołków ) is a town in Upper Silesia. Poscholkau is located in the rural community Zembowitz ( Zębowice ) in Oleski powiat ( district of Rosenberg OS) in the Polish Opole Voivodeship.

North of the river flows Poscholkau Libawa, a tributary of the Malapane.

Neighboring towns of Lenke in the West are free Kadlub ( Kadlúb Wolny ), in the southeast Malchow ( Malichów ) and in the south Schemrowitz ( Szemrowice ).

History

1783 had a Poscholkau Vorwerk, three farmers, nine gardeners, two Häusler, 111 inhabitants, a water mill and was owned by the widow of Wall Mayrhofen. 1865 was the site of the parish and enrolled after Zembowitz.

In the plebiscite in Upper Silesia on March 20, 1921 voted 34 voters to remain in Germany and 61 for the membership of Poland. Poscholkau remained with the German Reich. In 1925 the town had 151 inhabitants. 1933 lived 185 inhabitants in the village. On April 27, 1936, the town was renamed in Buschweiler. On April 1, 1939 Buschweiler was incorporated into free farms. By 1945, the place was in the district of Rosenberg OS

In 1945 the previously German place under Polish administration and the Silesian Voivodeship was connected and renamed June 28, 1948 in Poczołków .. 1950 was the place for Opole Voivodeship and since 1999 he is part of the powiat Oleski. On 23 October 2007, the German Poscholkau was in the community Zembowitz, plays, introduced as a second official language. On 19 November 2008, the City also received the official German place names Poscholkau.
