The Prairie Township is one of eight townships in Audrain County in the central north east of the U.S. state of Missouri. In 2010, Prairie Township had 932 inhabitants.

Geography

The Prairie Township is located about 80 km north of the Missouri River and about 70 km west of the Mississippi River, which forms the border with Illinois.
