Probulov

Probulov until 1924 Probylov ( German Probulow ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located eight kilometers south-east of Mirovice and belongs to Okres Pisek.

Geography

Probulov is located in the headwaters of the creek Probulovský creek on a plateau in the Central Bohemian hills. To the east lies the Orlik reservoir. North of the village, the state highway runs between I/19 Březnice and Milevsko. In the north, the Chlum (502 m) southeast of the Plechový (452 m) rises.

Neighboring towns are Kožlí in the north, Orlik, Stare Saddleback and Višňovka in the northeast, V Malči, Kostelec nad Vltavou, Zahrádka and Na Pískách in the east, Doly, U Šrůty and Peklo in the southeast, Nevězice and Koloredov in the south, Vrábsko, Lažiště and Nový Dvůr in the southwest, Na Pazderně and Králova Lhota in the west and Pod Homolí, Lety and Na Zeleném in the northwest.

History

The first mention of the royal estate of Lety associated village Probylov place in the year 1312. Towards the end of the 14th century the estate Lety was connected to the rule Klingenberg. Christoph von Swan Mountain slammed the villages of goods Lety 1540 its closer castle Worlik. After the Battle of White Mountain, the estate of Peter of swan mountain was confiscated, and in 1621 the landlord of the Eggenberger Worlik. After 1717 the Eggenberger extinguished in the male line, the Haus Schwarzenberg inherited their possessions.

In 1837 Situated on the village street Čimelitzer Probulow from 46 houses consisted of 317 residents. In Probulow there was a brick hut. To the east stretched the stately Worliker Tiergarten. Vicarage was Altsattel ( Staré Saddleback ). Until the mid- 19th century, the village of Fideikommissherrschaft Worlik including the Allodialgütern Zalužan, Zbenitz and Bukowan remained submissive.

After the abolition of patrimonial Probylov formed in 1850 a part of the community Orlik in Pisek District Commission and the Court of District Vice Miro. 1880 was the community Probylov. Under pressure from the old-timers, the local council took the initiative in 1900 to establish a volunteer fire department. The official place name Probulov was introduced in 1924. In 1935, Charles VI was. appointed to Schwarzenberg honorary member of the fire department. 1964 Probulov was incorporated into Králova Lhota. At the 1991 census, the village had 67 inhabitants. On 1 January 1992, Probulov broke again from Králova Lhota and formed its own community. In 2001, 50 houses and 57 people were counted in Probulov. Belonged to the end of 2010 the fire department at 11 women and 37 men.
