Rachel Wacholder

Rachel Wacholder, today Rachel Scott ( born June 15, 1975 in Laguna Beach ( California)) is a former American beach volleyball player.

Career

Rachel Wacholder plays since 1999 on the U.S. AVP Tour and since 2001 internationally on the FIVB World Tour. They came in 2003 with Lisa Arce at three Grand Slams each in the top ten. With Kerri Walsh you get at the 2004 Grand Slam in Marseille and Klagenfurt their only two FIVB tournament victories. 2005/ 06 Elaine Youngs was her partner. Wacholder / Youngs reached number seven on the World Championships in Berlin and had with ten other Top Ten finishes a very successful time. Your last two years with international tournaments played Rachel Scott 2007/2008 with Tyra Turner. Even Scott / Turner had with a ninth place finish at the World Championships in Gstaad and eleven FIVB Top Tens consistently good rankings.

Rachel Scott is married to the American beach volleyball player Sean Scott since 2007. They live in Redondo Beach and have since 2009 a son.
