The Regge is the most water tributary of the Vecht in the Dutch province of Overijssel.

The source of the Regge located near the town Goor in the municipality of Hof van Twente. From there it flows north through Rijssen, Nijverdal and Hellendoorn and ends in the town of Ommen in the Vecht.

The up to 30 -meter-wide river has been channeled since 1900 and is currently being rehabilitated sections.

During construction of the Twente Canal to 1938, the upper reaches of the Regge has been cut off and now dehydrated over the Twente Canal. Currently being built a 13 km long watercourse under the name De Doorbraak ( " breakthrough " ), the (expected by 2014 ) makes the old water connection.

European Route E11 from The Hague to the Polish border runs partly along the Regge.
