Renat Mamashev

Renat Abdulraschitowitsch Mamaschew (Russian Ренат Абдулрашитович Мамашев; born March 31, 1983 in Moscow, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is since December 2011 Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Renat Mamaschew began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of Krylia Sovetov Moscow, for its second team, he was active in the third-class Perwaja league in the season 1999 /2000. In the following season the defender for the Moose Jaw Warriors ran in the Canadian junior Western Hockey League. Then he returned to his hometown and gave in the 2001/ 02 season his debut for the first team of HK CSKA Moscow in the Wysschaja League, the second Russian league. He and his team popped straight up in the Super League, spent most of the season, however, when the second team of CSKA in the Perwaja league.

From 2003 to 2006 Mamaschew stood at Krylia Sovetov Moscow his home club in the league Wysschaja under contract. With his team, he rose in the season 2005/06 in the Super League, in which he ran aground in the following year and a half for the top HK Dynamo Moscow. During the season 2007/ 08 the links Sagittarius Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod has been committed. For this he stepped from the 2008/09 season in the Kontinental Hockey League newly established. In his rookie year in the KHL, he scored eight goals in 54 games and had nine assists. The following season he joined Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, however, changed in November 2009 within the KHL to Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, for which he stood until 2011 on the ice.

In May 2011 Mamaschew moved within the KHL to HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk. There, however, he could not fully prevail, so he returned to Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk by two goals and four assists in 16 games in December 2011.

Internationally

For Russia Mamaschew 2000 took part in the U17 World Junior Hockey Challenge, where he won the gold medal with his team.
