Renate Eggebrecht

Renate Eggebrecht ( born August 12, 1944 in Selent ) is a German violinist and producer.

Life

The daughter of the musicologist, Musikpädagigin and painter Elfriede Eggebrecht (born Voss ) and the teacher's Werner Eggebrecht, cousin of the writer Axel Eggebrecht, grew up in Eutin / Schleswig -Holstein. She received her musical education from the age of 4 with her mother. With 7 years Renate Eggebrecht was a student of Hans Hilf, who had studied in the master class of Walther Davisson even at the Leipzig Conservatory. From the age of 12, she studied at the Musikhochschule Lübeck violin with Friedrich Wuhrer and piano with William Rau. She continued her studies at the Musikhochschule in Munich.
